Everything in one place

Every load, tracked from rate con to invoice.

Dispatch, track, and bill from one screen — with a live view the moment anything changes on the road.

AI-read rate confirmations

Upload the rate con PDF and Cargobase reads the pickup, delivery, rate, references, commodity, weight, and equipment type. Check the fields and save — twenty seconds instead of four minutes of typing.

Settlements that build themselves

Advances, fuel, insurance, and escrow carry a running balance until paid off. When the week closes, statements for every driver are already built — export or email straight from the app.

One vault, every document

Licenses, medical certificates, and insurance live in one place per driver, with alerts 30 days before anything expires. An audit becomes a lookup instead of a search.

Dispatch that reaches the cab

Assign the truck and the driver gets the load on his phone. He taps Loading, En Route, Delivered as he goes, while you watch positions on the live map.

Included on every plan

Nothing here is an upsell.

Every plan includes every feature. What changes between tiers is capacity — trucks, drivers, dispatcher seats, and AI reads per month.

Invoice generation

Built from the delivered load with detention and extras as their own line items. Email, share a link, or download the PDF.

Factoring submission

Bundle the rate con, delivery note, and proof of delivery into one packet for your factoring partner.

Expenses & margin

Fuel, tolls, repairs, and recurring costs with receipt uploads, attributed per load and per truck.

Cross-border reporting

Per-country mileage and route-based distance estimation, ready to print at quarter end.

Trucks & owners

Plates, ownership type, status, and service records — with revenue reports for owner-operators.

Customer contacts

A contact book with billing details on file, tied to every load you've run with them.

Driver mobile portal

Loads, one-tap status, POD capture, and settlement history — or switch it off for dispatcher-managed.

Public forms

Hosted driver-application and quote-request forms that convert straight to a driver record.

Team roles

Owner, full-access, and operations roles — financials and compliance stay gated.

Driver experience

The app your drivers will actually open

Cargobase Driver runs on iOS, Android, and any mobile browser — no setup required on the driver's end.

  • Invited by email — set a password and start in minutes
  • Sees the assigned load: pickup, delivery, every stop, and the rate
  • One tap for Loading, En Route, Delivered
  • Proof-of-delivery photos land on the load record, not a text thread
  • Logs expenses and checks settlements without calling the office

Who it's for

One platform, three ways to run it.

Every carrier's loads, drivers, and settlements stay separate no matter who else runs on Cargobase.

Owner-operators

You drive and you dispatch

  • Scan the rate con instead of typing it
  • Margin tracked per load, automatically
  • Invoice the customer or your factor directly
Multiple entities

More than one operating company

  • One login, every company
  • Fully separated books per entity
  • Additional companies bill at 75% of plan price
The problem

Most of this still runs on three tools that don't talk to each other.

The rate con lands in an inbox. Someone retypes it into a spreadsheet. Dispatch goes out in a group chat. The delivery note comes back as a photo nobody can find by Thursday.

The expensive part is the gap between delivered and invoiced.

Cargobase closes it — the invoice generates the moment the load is marked delivered.

How it works

Four friendly steps, start to finish.

1

Bring in the load

Upload the rate con, forward it to your Cargobase address, or type it in yourself.

2

Dispatch it

Assign the truck. The driver updates status from pickup through delivery.

3

Get paid

The invoice generates on delivery. Send it to the customer or your factoring partner.

4

Stay compliant

Licenses and insurance sit in one vault with alerts 30 days out.

Pricing

Priced by the size of your fleet, not the features you need.

Every plan includes every feature on the platform. Tiers set capacity only.

FAQ

Questions we hear often.

I run one truck. Is Cargobase worth it for me?+
Solo mode is built for that. The driver portal, team seats, and settlements drop out of the navigation, leaving loads, invoices, expenses, and reporting. It's CHF 99 a month with the same rate con reader and reporting engine as the fleet plans.
Do my drivers have to download an app?+
No. Cargobase Driver is on iOS and Android, but drivers can run the full experience from any mobile browser using an invite link — no install required.
How does the rate con reader work?+
Upload a PDF or forward it by email, and Cargobase extracts the pickup, delivery, rate, references, commodity, and equipment type into a draft load for you to review and save.
Can I run more than one operating company?+
Yes. A company switcher moves you between entities under one login, and nothing crosses over — loads, drivers, settlements, and documents stay fully separated per company.
How are settlements calculated?+
From load pay minus deductions and any outstanding balance, on a schedule you set — hourly, per-mile, or percentage. Statements build automatically as the week runs.
What happens when the free trial ends?+
You choose a plan that fits your fleet size and add payment details. Nothing is charged automatically, and your data stays intact while you decide.

Stop running freight out of a spreadsheet.

Whether you run one truck or twenty, your loads can be in and your first dispatch out this afternoon.
